Help with fish!!

I ordered a majestic foxface and when it came in it has a lump in its belly looks like a air bubble he floats at the top of this little 5 gallon I have and tries to swim down but the bubble floats him back up. He wedges himself against something and that's the only way he can stay down what can I do

+1 to swim bladder issue. The only cure i know of is de-shelled green peas. If you can get him to eat those that is.
