As the title reads Friday our house is going on the market. We're going to just break even and take the 70 k we have put into it over the past two years as a loss. It is in northglenn it's a sweet home just not big enough for my family.

It's a 4 bed 2 bath ranch thats completely remodeled nicest house on the block with a 6 Car detached garage that's all dry walled and textured floors are epoxy coated. It also has a 10000 gallon pond if anyone's interested let me know

Let me guess check is in the mail? Lol. Well put it this way with where intrest rates are now and what were asking for it you could be into it for just over $1000 a month ( including taxes and insurance

About two years ago I finished it. Trust me I don't want to move but we kinda outgrew our house quick and the garage I poured my blood sweet and tears into this place it's killing us to sell it

Within the last two years we put 65k into landscaping front and back. Just in materials 3k into finishing inside of the garage 6 months ago put brand new lifetime warranty roof on garage and house new fashia and soffit boards on. New 5" seamless gutters With oversized downspouts on both repainted house and garage.

It's 1700 finished square feet and a laundry room down stairs that's not. Yes it does have a basement. Two bedrooms a bathroom laundry room and a family room, all down stairs
