I have had my JBJ 12 gallon nano for four years+ now with some hiccups here and there but my green pallys have always grew well, recently I went out of town when I came back there was a algae bloom I did water changes which made matters worse I don't have all the test kits so I took a sample to aqumart and found phosphate were sky high I got new rodi filters and did a super clean up on the tank scraping the back filter area the back of the tank to get all the algae off turkey basting all my live rock Thinking the rodi was the main problem I did about 100% water change, then thinking thing s would be ok I added some cucs the next morning all are dead.My sps is not looking good my pallys are all closed up The ric and the leathers look ok Does enyone have a next plan of attack for me Do I need to pull all the live rock out and sand and start over Jeff is holding on to my Nem but I don't know how long he wants to do it for some good solid advice would be good here, trying to get back to a healthy tank instead of the DEAD SEA

You may have had a mini cycle. Have you tested your water after the 100% change of water and clean up?

I should have. Im going to do more cleaning "aka" substrate and live rock plus more water changes over the 4 and setting up my GFO and carbon. Did I here some say to run 5 gallons of water threw with a new rodi filters because the first 5 gallons were straight after the change of all three media cartridges, then do more testing before adding more critters.
But if there are more tricks to get me back on track let me here them...
