Icecap 660 ballast

I have like 4-5 icecap ballast I don't have a way to test them but worked great when I eliminated the light set up give me a sps frag or something

I have some 250 watt halide ballst same deal don't have a way to test them

What kind of MH ballasts? Are they also Icecap? Do they have wiring?

I believe I have two are not marked they are silver
And I have one that's a coral life I do have wording for them to hook to a fixture
