I got a cheap t-5 shop light from Home Depot for $39. They might even have the ballasts too. But you could always pick one up just for the ballast.

Anyone want to trade me a 4 bulb t5 retro setup for an aio 29g with built in skimmer, sand, rock and maybe the lighting?
