I've heard horror stories and I've also heard of them never picking at corals. I just pulled mine out of qt. Im going to put him to the test. Luckily the tank is fowlr. I just added a small colony of zoas in with him. He has already noticed the hair algae on the rock with zoas and picked at that for a bit but he's not really showing any interest in the zoas or the mushrooms that were already in the tank. I know that he's hungry because he's picking everything off all the liverock.

Any angelfish but Genicanthus are a risk. They can be good for years and then turn bad. That being said, I have had many angels in my reefs and I have had better luck with large angels than dwarf.
