hello can anyone give me any ideas on what type of lights to go with
to start growing LPS and SPS right know i have a current sundial 4 bulb
t5 that is 216w will this be enough to start up SPS and LPS this is on my
90 g and the same thing is on my 55 g frag tank i am thinking to up grade
my lighting or not can you help

T-5 will support sps as long as you keep them in the top 1\3 of your tank but IMO metal halides or LED

I have a 6 bulb t5 over my 75. I usually run 4 bulbs and only use 6 bulbs about 2 hours a day. I have sps on my sand bed. Your 90 is deeper and you will need to be a bit more careful with placement. Another idea would be to add a reefbrite strip to your mix. They pit out a ton of light .
