What of it dies as soon as we release it in the tank? Within the 14 days what will they do if something happens to it? I'd don't get that.

They give you a free one on next order I believe the free one if something dies does not include shipping it to they don't just ship you a new one you still have to pay shipping

If the item dies, then they will credit you the amount back. Sometimes they may even reship.

I am no longer ordering, I wanted to pick up an matted(aptasia eating) filefish from divers den but someone else bought it thursday. I stopped at the LFS and was looking at their filefishes but no guarentee was given that they would eat aptasia. They started to feed the other fish and I noticed a CBB eating like a pig, so I bought him.

I would go 100% vendor on fish if there were 14 day gaurantees. I noticed Aquamart stepped up on that and does a 3 day gaurantee w/a couple stipulations.
