Brine shrimp eggs are super cheap and hatch in 24 hours or less. They are most nutritional when they first hatch as they still have the egg sack attached. I recommend the brine shrimp direct hatchery dish. No pump or anything needed. Very simple

Fish Den often has black worms or Brine your other option that I know of is Todds Tropicals
