Looking for a 20 gallon tank

So my buddy needs a standard 20 gallon tank for a sump, his sump cracked a few weeks ago and is now using a plastic Rubbermaid tub... We have checked all the petsmart's in the area but they don't sell just the tanks (the all come with a canopy)...

Does anyone have a 20 gallon I can buy for my friend for his birthday next week. I'm tried of him complaint about how ghetto his system is. I don't want to pay more than 20$ (damn you petsmart for advertising something and then not selling it)

I just bought a 20H from Petsmart in Littleton during the $1/gallon sale about 3 weeks ago. It's strange that they're not doing that. I'd do a manager escalation.
