Looking for japanise Koi

I am thinking about where to buy fish for the new pond I think I am going with japan koi exclusively I know jareds has some but who else?

cool ty I think I will go around to all the local stores and hand pick from them I called colorado koi to see if I could pick up directly and got a solid no so I think I will pass on them

Sorry Charlie, but Alpine Koi is not a current sponsor but we would love to have them be if you have a connection over there.


Ken I would pm Mike aka yodaddy and or maybe also Lan aka opakapaka as I think they have some koi ponds and might have the good connects. Sorry I cant remember which was talking about having some monster kois

Since we are on this subject of koi and ponds, anyone have a good source for liner? I got my last one from craigslist for .39 a square foot. Worked great too

There's this guy in SW denver that sells some big ones for a good price, ( have to dig up his number of you are interest)


I have Japanese butterflies that are about 3-6" that range in price from $5-$20. Those are the orange/slightly yellowish and black ones in the pic below.

Nice looking koi there. Is that person who sells in southwest Denver happen to be near Federal & Alameda. I bought some koi from him many years back. I would love to pick up some nice yellows like you have :)

I'm pretty sure that is mark he's in a wheelchair correct? I say evans and federal but i think it's the same guy

following along. We have a pond with a few koi and plants but I know my wife wants to add more plants and fish.
