You are going to want to get one from a tank with a sand bottom. If they have them in a bare bottom tank, then the wrasse has beat it's self up trying to get into the sand. These also don't do well at below reef salinity - 1.019 salinity fish systems are REALLY hard on these fish.

Last time I was in Animal Attraction in Greeley, about two weeks ago, they just got a black leopard wrasse in. It looked healthy and was swimming around.
