Looking for sump / refugium

I'm looking for a reasonably priced sump for a new build. Something about 30-36" long 18" front to back. Height isn't too much of a concern. I'd like to use and external pump and have an area for my skimmer and a refuge area. I do have an internal pump I could use if the sump was on the longer side. Homemade is okay as long as it works.
