Not trying to buy it, just asking the questions everyone else would ask incase someone else is interested.
If I wasnt strongly debating downsizing due to recent changes in life I would buy your 75 Juan and use it as a fuge for the 180, but Im about 75% sure Im going to be downsizing until things start to look up again.
