I could use some advice on my 2 mangrove plants Ive had them in my sump about 3 to 4 months now,when I pull the plants it seams like they are starting to root,but the tops dont look that great Not sure if I should pull them out or see if the leafs will pop out the top the back one looks worse so anyone who keeps mangroves please let me know View attachment 8609

Mangroves take a long time to leaf out as long as they aren't brown throughout then leave them in

Try spraying the top w ro water now and again.

I pour ro over them when I top off the tank,I just thought they might need brackish water I keep my reef at 34ppt.

That may be your problem probably shocking it dumping to water it needs tge mist if anything

The mist from sprayer acts as "rain"
