Selling my Maxspect R420r 60w Nano light 16000k version . I bought this for a nano tank build that didn't happen. I only used it shortly on my QT tank when I put coral in it.

This light is awesome! The light features several light spectrums (not just plain white/blue). Has two channel dimming with Sunrise/ sunset programming, super thin, and completely silent. It is a strong light and should be able to grow anything.

Sells for $289 new. Asking $220. In South Fort Collins.

Now $200. Like new but 30% cheaper!! I forgot to mention this doesn't use a fan and is 100% silent. May be willing to trade for a 1000w HPS ballast/hood with 6" ducting.

Interested. Would this be too much light for my nuvo 16g reef?
Nope. That is probably a perfect size tank. You can fully program the light power (white and blue seperately) to adjust for the size tank and desired look. For example you can set the blues to come on at 7am and ramp to 80% over 4hrs. Then stay at 80% for 4hrs then ramp down for the next 2hrs. I think you can leave the blues at like 2% for a moon light as well.

What about an 8g nuvo?
I had it on a 4g cadlights tank for a day and it looked awesome. You can easily adjust the height and brightness of the lights to accommodate 4g to ~30g. I tried it over my 34g RSM and it might have been a little weak for that. But then again I am use to overkill lights on that.
