20 amps could work. I am mostly looking for something as reliable and precise and the ranco or medusa, but with the third digit. I so wish that Ranco had three digit controller. I will try and read up on the reliability of those... if people are using them on their fridge or vat units with hundreds of thousands of dollars in meat or drink, then they would be OK with me.
