A friend has been growing this stuff on his sand bed for a while. He wants to sell some, would like to get $80.

How big of a piece would you guys think he needs to cut for that much? He's got a 40 breeder and it goes from end to end so 3' long x 3" to 6" at places, so a ton of it.

If you can find a buyer probably 5x5. A bit of a pest though so might be a tough sell. I'd try a store perhaps

He now does a decent job of keeping the GSP under control, in the past he let it get on this rocks. Now it is just a sheet of grass on the sand bed.

Yea, he could easily get $80 trade with enough of it. The problem is he's wanting some cash for something.

Thanks for the input.

I agree, it is awesome. (for a being GSP)

He has to trim it back regularly because it starts growing up the front and side walls and to keep it away from the rocks.

I was thinking about doing it for a while, but I am in the process of clearing my sand bed. Definitely want to keep it off my rockscape.

Its more impressive that it's growing mostly flat. Normally the stuff starts growing "ropes" upward and out.
