Depends man... Imho the reflectors look like dookie and how old are the bulbs? Research a little on google and see what those ballasts cost when they were bought new. Take those three things into consideration, adjust for time depreciation and how old the bulbs are and set a fair price. Most people won't use a bulb past 6 months to year so if the bulbs are close or past that consider that your buyer may wish to spend more money after purchase on new bulbs

I had gotten them the seller said the bulbs where a couple months old but i am not possessive .
there is no info on the ballasts that i can find I have even asked on a forum without results

I tested the fixture and bulbs both work
bulbs are reflux 12000k

post those on craigslist under the title "Grow Lights" and you should be able to get about $50 a piece from some "horticulturists".
