So I am not sure what is going on with my apex. Last night it was working just fine. Tonight I went to put it in feed mode and I saw the display module was blank and the backlight is blinking on and off. The tank appears to be running alright though. I can access the apex online and on my app but the control module is unusable. Online it says the firmware is ok. I have also unplugged the display module and plugged it back in with no ill effects. I am nervous power cycling the main module though as I have never done it before and can't risk it not starting back up properly as I am about to leave town Any advise will be much appreciated.
Need APEX help.

First do a backup of the configuration as long as you can get into the apex via the online interface. Second. restart it. Do that via the head unit. Main Menu, System, Net Setup, then go one arrow up and you'll see the reset option. This is like an Apex reboot.
Never select the Initialize memory. They should rename that to say Factory Reset, because that's exectly what that means. Good luck.
