Need help with reeflo pump

So long story short is I'm not getting enough flow from my reeflo hammerhead that I was expecting at about 14 ft head from the basement. I have to throttle down my overflows a third just so it doesn't gurgle. So from the pump it goes up about 12-13 ft via 1 1/2 where it splits to two returns. One side is 1 inch and about 6 in of 3/4 through the bulk head. Other Side from the T is about 3s ft of 1 in to 3/4 bulk head and 3/4 up to the return. I have contacted reeflo with little help from them. Any ideas? I should have way more gph than my over flows can handle but that's not the case

Man you have any check valves that are not opening maybe or feed line to the pump not slowing enough flow? Your feed line should be 2" if it's more than a foot or two away. I'm getting roughly 2000 gph in my setup and its running a ton of stuff downstairs

No wiring just plugged it in. I have 1.25 through the horse trough bulkhead and 1 inch bulkhead that I put in for more flow. Both connect to 1.5 in pipe that is about 3 ft to the pump

The 1.25 and 1" is still less flow than a 1 1/2" pipe that could be some of the problem it maybe restricting it to much

The hammer heads have very little head pressure, if I'm remember correctly the shutoff is 15 feet on a hammer head, that's prob your issue, have you checked their website and crunched the numbers?

Re: Need help with reeflo pump

Well just swapped it out for a new pump and no change in flow rate. Also put in a 2 inch bulkhead and ran it straight to the pump intake.
any suggestions
