Need ID help

This guy looked like a trumpet to me, but need help IDing.
Today when I was cleaning I had most of the flow lowered pulling powerheads for cleaning.
The last powerhead I pulled I had to stop to take a pic, this guy had extended like 4 inches worth of translucent tentacles.
He looked damn cool and I hadnt seen it happen before so stopped cleaning for a pic

I went to check if he was extended after you post that and he wasnt
But a huge *** brittle star was playing king of the mountain on one of the tallest rocks in the tanks.
First time I have seen em in a couple weeks, run to get my camera and of course he slides back into his rock! Grr.
