Yes - thank you for posting this!!! My serial number is 2351 - I used the MarineDepot invoice as proof-of-purchase which must have worked 'cause I ain't heard otherwise.

I have this problem! I had to put an air break in my auto-water change out line to keep my Dos from siphoning. This "failure" just occurred recently, and, once again, members of the forum to the rescue! Thanks for posting this info!

I got 2 new rollers in the mail today! Now to set about actually replacing them. I think I will give it a day or two since every thing I touch today turns to S#!t....

Got mine in the mail today too. I was able to install the new rollers in about 5 minutes. Very simple... now I need to go knock on wood :bolt:

Any idea if this will also quiet them down a bit?
No, not likely to do anything in that regard. I think we will need to wait for the next generation model for that.

heh - well mine sounds nothing like the site advertises:

Quiet Operation

We understand that aquariums are supposed to be serene. And noisy pumps often ruin that mood. So our engineering team has taken extensive steps both in how the pump operates as well as the enclosure design to ensure that the DŌS system is one of (if not) the quietest stepper motor-driven dosing systems on the market for the fluid volumes it delivers.

Any notice their unit being noisier with the new rollers? I have one that's quiet, one makes a clicking sound when running.
