My 2nd Attempt at this since my first thread was botched and I am unable to clean it up... (Moderator, feel free to nuke that thread). I will just have to be more careful on this thread

I am parting out my 130Gal Tank that has been online for 3+ years.
Location = Lone Tree, CO
Contact Method (Phone/Text = 303-525-5302). Sorry if I do not immediately respond to PM's, Text/Phone is quicker.

Tank Stats:
Temp =~ 80-81.2 degrees (set from Caribbean zone on apex)
pH =~ 8.1 - 8.2
Salinity =~ 1.023-1.025

This will be a staged approach, meaning corals go first as I cannot take a chance on stressing fish out or moving rocks around or removing core equipment.
Stage1 Corals - SOLD/COMPLETED
Stage2 Rock - HOLD
Stage3 Inverts/Fish - Only Fish left are Breeding pair of Clowns
Stage4 Substrate and Equipment

Other Info:
  • As I enter each stage, I will post what is for sale. I will attach a rough list (dropbox link coming) of what I have and what will eventually post "for sale".
  • I can reserve items to you if there is a strong interest, otherwise it is first come, first served.
  • I will take back-up reservations (1st, 2nd), incase the 1st person is unable to buy an item(s).
  • If you express interest in an item I can put you on the reservation list as items/stages become available.
  • It will be your responsibility to schedule/pickup the item within a week, else I will move to the next person in line.
  • Should a single person want all items, I will sell to this person to help reduce the amount of stress on corals/fish.
  • Bring your own container(s) for corals/livestock/rock...etc
  • Not responsible for livestock/corals once they leave my house
YouTube (Video):
Hoping this should help limit the request of pictures since I am not around the aquarium 24/7.

NOTE: I just did a water change a couple hours prior this shooting this, so corals are still coming back out.

Inventory List (Excel Spreadsheet) - NOTE: This will be updated frequently

Pick Up for Fish
If you reserve a fish, please make your best effort possible to schedule a pick up with me.
If you have to wait a week (and do not communicate this to me), then you most likely will lose your place in line.

AVAILABILITY:
Mon/Tues - I work from home, so whenever
Wed-Fri - I am usually home after 5:15pm
Sat/Sun - Call/Text me since I like to get outside.

CALL/TEXT me to schedule a pick up 303-525-5302

Live Rock
  • All of my rocks have some type of coral growing on them, most of the corals can be scraped off, except for the polyps, buttons, encrusting corals.....
  • Exception to encrusting corals, some of these can be removed, but it might break and will definitely leave traces behind on the rock, which will regrow.
  • The 3 largest pieces have come from other show tanks, so have a lot of growth on them.
  • PRICE:
    • I'm not hard set (meaning price could change), but thinking around $4.25-$4.50/lbs

I'll take sand depending on how long its gonna take. And price
will put you down, I am hoping this process will take about a month or 2 to complete. I want to say there is enough sand to fill up 3 (5gal) buckets... maybe more.

UPDATE: First of the corals have been sold today. As mentioned before, I am giving those that have expressed interest a week to schedule and pickup, else they go to the next in line.

Unfortunately I will not have the time to call/text/email/PM everyone that RSVP'd a coral, I am leaving it up to you to be responsible/courteous to do your part.

FISH--> Barlett Anthias RIP, he was found dead at the scene after jumping out of the tank, I imagine the moving of corals stressed him out too much and he decided his life wasn't worth it.
