Anyone have a recipe that's doesn't involve bacon lol.

I was thinking rolling In cracker crumbs and fry then simmer or serve with mushroom soup. Any ideas would be awesome.

My dad fires it up with bread crumbs and oregano. I personally like it cooked fresh over a fire, roasted right on site.

You can cook it like duck too, although a bit smaller you can use some of the same recipies.

Whenever I field prep pheasant I always skin it and generally just keep the breast meat, not too much more to eat anyways! This is good to throw on a scewer and cook right on an open flame, maybe a bit of salt and pepper. Alright, my mouth is watering!!!
