After I retired from the military, I founded a nonprofit to support children of our fallen military and first responders. Angels of America's Fallen helps the children engage in healthy activities with a coach or instructor who can mentor them. We fill the gap between the grief camps, and scholarships typically provided. This is crucial because the average age of the children at the time they loose their parent is just seven years old. We stay with them through their most crucial developmental years - from the loss of parent to adulthood.

Angels of America's Fallen is a finalist in a national competition today to win a vehicle from Toyota. Four other nonprofits are competing with us and the top two, based on votes, will receive a Toyota to help their organization. To vote, you must pick two organizations, click submit, then confirm. After you confirm you will see the standings. The last we heard, we are in the top three, but only one percentage point separates the number one from number three position. It's close and every vote counts. Would you be willing to vote for us and and share the info to get more people onboard?

Please vote today for Angels of America's Fallen at https://apps.facebook.com/carsforgood/day_view.php?id=8067&d=7 to help them support more children of our fallen. Today is the only day to vote for them up until 9:59pm Mountain. It's neck and neck between Angels of America's fallen, TN Spotters, and the National Marine Center. Only one percentage point separates the top three. To vote, follow the link, select Angels of America's Fallen and one other nonprofit carefully, then click on submit, followed by confirm.

Will you help?

Thanks,

Joe
