ive been getting some gnarly foam bubbles on the waters surface in my sump. Should i put a power head in there to stir it up so the skimmer can skim it out? The flow is pretty slow through there.

I've done that before. Or try a small air pump to break up the surface tension, this might get the bubbles to keep flowing out.

i putt in koralia 1 a few weeks ago. It is coming on at night when my fuge is lite up. it seems to be keeping the tank cleaner in general. as well as cyano ive been having trouble with lately!

i always had better luck with a powerhead of some such in my fuge....especially when i would turn return pump off to feed and then forget to turn it back on...

I run a line from the manifold in my sump to get a bit more movement in the sump. Stirring up the detritus plus breaking the surface tension helps with nutrient export as well as oxygen exchange. IMO
