What will be the best skimmer for a 20 gallon with no sump??

Depends on live stock load... If you keep it light, I'd try to just manage with water changes. If your gonna stock really heavy, a CPR bakpak is a nice HOB skimmer

I just have 2 clowns i may put one more fish and a couple corals

I'd say start by managing with a weekly 25% water change. If that doesn't work then move up to getting a skimmer.

Thanks everyone for your advice i will try only with weekly water change and go from there

This has been my experience as well. My 28g JBJ is jam packed with SPS and I just do weelky 20% water changes. I have tried many of the top rated nano type skimmers and they all suck in my opinion.

Everyone I tried added no real noticeable benefit and just caused more issues than they resolved. Im not neccecarly of the opinion you shouldnt use a skimmer if your 50g or less but more if you have a small tank and no sump. Id totally run a skimmer on my 28 is It had a sump big enough to use a decent sized skimmer.
