Just received these, tried on 2 different ballast and would not fire. Tried first on the Aquamedic Reefcube, then on an Advance magnetic ballast. Nothing on either one. Anybody have any suggestions? Otherwise I'm just selling them, brand new never been fired

Does another bulb fire? I have never had any problem firing them on anything. I am using 2 right now on a Aquamedic Cube.

Sometimes, they can be hard to screw in. Are you sure that you have them in all the way?

Hamilton fired on both ballasts
