So I bought stuff for a small frag tank back in June, just got it put together Saturday night. One of the slide locks let go about 15 seconds after hanging it which in turn dropped half the heatsink and one driver in the tank. Luckily I was standing right there and ripped it out. Smoke, fizzling saltwater, the whole show.

Anyway I emailed them as that's where I bought everything, then are sending a new slidelock and replacing the drive and pot no charge. I need to send the broken pieces back to them, but glad the took ownership and are making it right.

Thought others might care to hear of a company that takes care of its customers - seems to be the exception anymore.

Wow, that is great. I had a good experience with them, but not nearly that extreme. Good on them.
