120W dimmable Chinese LED panel. 2 cords, one for blues, 1 for whites. Dimming controlled by potentiometers (ie knobs)...not programmable anymore.
The driver for the whites has been replaced with an inventronics drivers since the original chinese driver was failing. The driver on the blues was replaced under warranty...but has apparently kicked the bucket since I installed it a while back. A more reliable replacement for the blues can probably be had for ~$50-$60 through ledgroupbuy.com or rapidled.com...just need to give them the specs off the original driver.
Repair it and get a cheap LED fixture, or use it as is over a fuge running the whites.
$40 takes it.
