I've built a few metal stands for a few guys. Post if you want a quote for one. I need height, width and length of stand. Also if you want raw or painted. I don't do fancy wood panels. Just basic panels. That's also extra.

Went to school for race car chassis fabrication and welding so don't worry about strength.

Here a few pictures.

I like 'em. What's a ballpark price for the ones pictured?
The 180gal is 400$ raw the frag tank is 300$ finished with panels. Now this varries on size if material I use, what supplier has stock etc etc so these are not guaranteed prices

Requests for metal stands

Can I get a rough estimate for a tank that'll be 65x30? About 30 or so " high.

Is it possible to fabricate a stand that looks like a table? Or would it not be structurely sound enough? 75 gallon glass tank. Stand would be 48x18x30

I have a few parson style tables with the 2" square tubing I'm thinking about matching.

Just like this:

Would it need additional horizontal supports near the bottom?

Just may have to consider the type of floor the tank/stand will be going on. That's a pretty significant amount of weight to sit on 4 points...wood flooring might not hold up as well as a slab of concrete under carpeting.

Let me know what it would cost for the 360 I just got from Craig the dimensions I'm looking for are 72" long 48" wide and 36" tall split into 2 sections each 24" wide. Basically 2 180 gallon stands bolted together.
