Been away for a loooong time.

Need some help. Was cleaning my Sicce PSK-2500 pump for my skimmer and I lost the Rubber Red Boot that goes on the end of the ceramic shaft.

Would anyone happen to have one of these or know a place in town I could get one?

THANKS and hope to be back chatting soon after I overhaul my tank!

So I replaced the ceramic shaft and no matter what I do now it will not draw in air to produce bubbles. I used to have to blow into the inlet tube and it would work but now nothing. Any ideas?

Absent getting this to work, should I just buy another pump like this one or should I replace it with some thing else? This is on an older octopus extreme skimmer.

Is the pump working now? Moving water that is. Is the air inlet in water... Pics. Those are solid skimmers, pumps are a pita in my opinion. See if you can retro a new dc pump.

I've heard of sicce having start up issues some times sticking your finger in the volute in and out starts it or letting it sit for a bit and it will start on its own. Also if its possible to run the pump alone with it detatched from the skimmer if that's possible might start it too.
