Looking at picking up a Stevens (aka Savage) shotgun to tinker with while camping. Main purpose would be hand thrown skeet. Any yays , nays, yeah buts, what ifs?
I love my Benelli Nova, can't go wrong with one of those. I use this for all my hunting of waterfowl and upland, so it has been in the freezing cold, rain, and snow with no problems.
Breaks down in to ~7 pieces for easy cleaning. I also have a mosberg 500 and a few old schools.......but for an inexpensive shotgun the Benelli gets my vote!!
I had a mossberg 935 with 18" barrel and a pistol grip ,,was a little hard to hit clays with though . I'm not sure why . Great hd weapon , I have a .45 now I don't wanna accedently shoot my fish tank if someone breaks in, don't worry I keep hollow points in it so it won't go through walls or bodies. The bullet stays put
