Tank Stand for sale

I have an unfinished oak tank stand for sale. Was built by Craiger and has dimensions of 61 5/8" by 30" and is 36 1/4" tall. It will hold a tank up to 60x30 footprint.

I paid $700 for it and it has been unchanged since delivery. Asking to get the $700 back but will entertain other offers.
