tank water a little cloudy

so my tank water is a little cloudy and have been getting some algae bloom on my front glass that i have to scrape daily but i tested my water last night and today with both tests being the same. ammo 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 0.04 phos 0.02 ph 8.4 alk 9.8. any ideas what it could be

How much light from your lights hits the front glass? Does any true sunlight reach the glass? Have you tried letting the bloom happen for a day or 2 and then seeing what happens after?

No I am not

so the bloom is due to the sunlight it gets in the morning... its w/e i can clean that went to a LFS to check my water params with them and they tested the same as mine so my tests are not faulty.the cloudy part is a little bacerial bloom witch i am going to correct with seachem stability

try getting more o2 in the tank. should clear up the bacteria bloom without the need of anything else
