Time to prepare to move, Selling my 120

Some of you know that I have been trying to get my wife into a ranch. We have a beautiful two story with a walk out basement, but her back problems are only getting worse. So with that in mind, I need to give up on the 120 for now.
Here is what I have.
120g Star Fire 4x2x2 with euro-braced top and blacked out back, dual overflow and returns in the center back area of the tank and custom stand and hood.
Sump is a proflex 4 set up as a refugium with a Rio return pump.

I havent put prices together yet and Ill need to get some photos as well. I plan on holding onto the rock for now and the tank will need a little clean up once it is broken down.

Hi Everyone, Load of things changed. Decided not to build and ended up buying a different place. Focus for the last two months has been on getting everything moved other than the tanks. Now I have to face them so here is the deal on the 120 as a set.

120g Starfire with eurobrace. over flow is towards the center in the back and the back is painted black.

Proflex 4 sump

No scratches although it still needs another rinse or two. I do still have the old sand in a few bags if you are interested. I also have some rock in a large trough in the garage currently.

Ill be listing it on CL as well and if you are quick, you might come away with some other equipment i have laying around. I believe the skimmer i used on the tank is sitting there currently as an example.

I am located in Falcon just a little northeast of Colorado Springs.

Open to offers. Just thought it would be nice to have a ready to go system. I do still have the rock used in this tank and all the extra that i never got around to using. I have the titanium heater, but you need a controller.

I've had a few questions about the rock, I've been collecting rock for a much larger build. what i have is way more than what will fit in the 120, but i can certainly hook you up. here is a couple of photos of the rock in a box.
