I had just gotten an emeral crab and notice when the moon light is on I notice these very tiny bugs (not amphipods) moving all over it and very fast. Are they scavengers and hitching a ride on the crab or is it a parasite that I got to worry about? They are way too small for me to take a picture. I looked all over the web and there are people that have seen these bugs but no one has ever identified them. Most people just blurr out amphipods but I know what amphipods are and they are nothing like them. They are the size of a pin point and maybe brown or reddish? Couldn't tell under moon light.

Hard to tell, I thought red acro bugs are just on acros, so no help here. Is it feasible to get a pic?

They are so tiny that it will be impossible for even a camera.. Maybe a microscope but I don't have one. Anybody that has a emeral crab can you please watch it at night and with a flash light and see if yours also have these bugs for me, usually you can see it more clearly running around on their claws thanks
