want: sand and rock... alive or dry

I am getting ready to set up my 40B tank, but I need to get some rock and sand first.

Does anyone have any that is alive or dry that they could give for free? I am open to any amount, more is better for sure, but will take anything.

If not free, please list how much you would sell it for.

I'm in Littleton and have more than enough old sand you can have if drew isnt closer. Def would want to clean first though.

Sorry, I'm in Westminster. Mine would need to be rinsed as well since it came out of my tank as live and is now dry. No telling what's in it.

I'm not sure, whatever you would be willing to do.

I don't have anything to frag as I am still in the build process of my tank, as I still need sand, light and live rock for the main tank.

Just looked and saw you were only in Longmont. I thought you were in Fort Collins or something. Hook up with Tyson, tlsrcs, as either he needs to come get a chalice I'm holding for him or I need to bring it up. He's in Longmont as well.

I have buckets of sand that needs to be washed if you want.

@majicmike, I am interested in a bucket if it is more than 40 lbs, I want all the sand to match so you may be my best bet.

How do you clean the sand without losing it all? It just seems to fine to me, but if you have tips please let me know (that's for everyone).

But back to the sand, yes I am interested, and I do think I will be able to get out to brighton sometime this weekend or this week if thats ok. And if i need to, I will take all the buckets

I am still looking for more sand. I got about 30lbs from Tyson (tlsrcs) but I need more to fill up my sump and my 40breeder so just let me know if you have any
