What are these critters?

So in a ten gallon saltwater tank I have to keep Chaeto and the bottles for my science fair experiment in, I noticed today that there's a bunch of tiny creatures hanging out on the floor. There is no substrate, and the original water came from my 20 gallon reef tank. These things have eight legs and move exactly like jellyfish but fast. They are about the size of brine shrimp. They are sensitive to vibrations because if I set something down on the desk where I'm keeping the tank they swim up from the bottom for about an inch before sinking again.

Any thoughts as to what they are?

No I think you guys are right. They look exactly like this picture.

From what I read they aren't necessarily bad for the tank, and will probably go away on their own, is that correct?
