What is my Tang Doing?

My Blue Tang seems to be cuddling with my Urchin. He gets really close to it but is very careful. I've never seen him do this. Any ideas what might be causing it? I can't seem to get a video in here, but here are some pictures.

Silly tang, Not sure but maybe he is using the urchin as a back scratcher. Is he rubbing up against or flashing the rocks? If so, maybe he has ick and he found the urchin more effective to rub up against instead of the rocks. Just a guess though

Is he just "posing" at the urchin...flashing his fins, etc?

Tangs and urchins both eat algae...maybe he wants him off his rock? Do you supplement the tang's feedings with algae/nori clips at all?

Yes I give him algea supplements. He doesn't really scratch against the urchin. He kind of just sits there barely touching the urchin's spikes. He hasn't been rubbing against rocks, and I don't see spots.
