What is this?

I was picking some broyopsis out of my sand bed in my frag tank and attached to it was this this rusty orange worm looking thing that has stingy tents attached didn't know it was alive til I noticed it was slightly moving I actually found 2 does anybody know what these things are and if they're safe in my tank? Probably a type of spaghetti worm. I have a bunch in my tank and I believe they are harmless

Yeah these just showed up in my tank as well, I had never seen them before.

Ya usually all you see of them is their very thin long brownish yellow tentacles sticking up out of the sand. They blend in well and hard to spot, but once you see them you'll know. I have a few in my tank and they generally stay in small area. I have actually never seen the body of them, though, only ever see their tentacles, had been curious what they look like
