What the heck is this?

I have no idea where this came from. The only new thing I have added recently were clownfish and an acro from reefstock and an acan frag a few days ago. The acro is fairly close to this area, but the acan is across the tank. Here are a couple of pictures. The first was yesterday, and the second this morning, so obviously it moves. Ok, I was freaking out that it was a parasite worm or something awful. Well that's good news. Why would it be moving though?

currents drag them along, they try to stick to the glass but can't hold on sometimes

Flow. All the eggs might not be attached. I've seen this, my cerith snails spawn 4-6 times a day regularly

huh, I don't have many full size snails in my tank, maybe that's why this is the first time I've seen it. I have a million of the tiny ones and they keep everything pretty clean. Thanks everyone!

first time I saw one of these it freaked me out...I thought it was a horrible pest I'd picked up that had made
