Where to buy astrea and Margarita snails

Finally have my algae problem semi under control growing at a MUCH slower rate. Looking to get astrea and Margarita snails to help clear the rocks off.

Anyone know where I can grab some?

Aquamart had a deal with astreas 12 for 10$ I always pick up 10 everytime im there to replenish any snails that perish. Great deal

You probably know this already, but margaritas are not very hardy at typical reef temperatures.

Astreas and Trochus are much better choices - Trochus are a bit more, but very hardy. Mexican Turbos are awesome if you have a LOT of algae.

Probably stick with astreas turbos too big for my tank!

Trochus are much better choices

I love my trochus! I have these and nerites breeding in my planted reef tank. Great cleaners and not as much of a bulldozer like mexican turbos. They lay eggs fairly consistently so food for your fish.

Thanks again guys! I ended up grabbing astreas and trochus from Ambrosio Aquatics. I was picking up a frag and noticed he had snails just so happened to be astrea and trochus! Great pricing too

He said he usually has snails so if people need snails I'd message him!
