Worm - Keep or take out?

This guy came out of hiding today. Kind of shocked me, did not know he was the tank - Could not see all of it but it appears to be about 3 inches long with bristles not very fat about the size of a drink stirrer

I know - DON'T TOUCH IT!

Should I leave it or try to toss it?

Just a bristle worm. Good part of the clean up crew. If there's 1, then there's more.

Turn on the tank lights some night, hours after the usal sunset time. You'll be shocked at what's crawlin' all over the rocks and glass, pretty cool! Gives you an idea of how much biodiversity there is that you may not've even known existed.
