I think a t5 fixture might be more appropriate for a 20L nem tank. a 150w halide is super overkill.

I was thinking that but don't have any experience with T5. 2 or 4 bulb?

I want to say 4 bulb but not 100% sure as I have not kept Anemones in a long time.

Ive been keeping a couple rbta's in my frag tank under a gen 1 evo and nothing else. They've grown enough under this light that i plan to cut them soon. They've also colored up way better than ive seen my own nems under halide. This has been my own experience and should only be taken as such but it's food for thought.
