Ideally I would like this combo...*Black Sailfin

But if anyone has just a Randall's pistol shrimp they want to get rid of that would be a great start while I look for the goby.

Or if anyone has seen one at one of the LFS let me know.


edit: 2nd option is the Randall's pistol shrimp w/ Hi Fin Red Banded or Yasha Goby

Trying to avoid the Tiger pistol and the larger shrimp goby's because this is for my 8 gallon nano

Last I saw one those gobies were in the hundreds.

Ya, wasn't sure the current cost. The threads/sales I've seen on them listed in hundreds also, but that was 3 years ago last one I saw.

Not a big deal if I don't find one...i'm totally cool w/ the alternative option...but 100% want the Randall's pistol shrimp. Then the goby actually could be the hi fin red banded or even a yasha.

Hi,

We are getting a tank on Sat that has a coral banded shrimp, not sure it that is what you want or not, but happy to offer to you.

I see Randalls shrimp fairly often, they are usually on lists and average around $15. They are usually tiny though.

Ya I have a randall's somewhere in my tank, but he is very small and I only see him once in a great while

So...yasha was a jumper and I had tank covered. Gonna go with a larger combo...tiger pistol plus not sure yet. Can close this thread....
