Just as the title reads, looking for a single Snowflake Clown. One of mine committed suicide and this one is very lonely, especially since he's now been banished to the fuge until I find a mate. Thanks!
Cool, thanks for the heads up!! Any chance you remember the general size, I usually see them fairly small. How did the coloration look. I love mine, very defined markings with the blue/ice look around the black (which is why I want to keep him). Thanks again!
I wouldn't say that, snowflakes tend to have jagged vertical stripes while Picasso's are more irregular and have less bold black markings and rarely have as much blue as the snowflakes. Just my opinion
Dave @ Aquamart is gonna try to get me a single "black ice" clown...which as it turns out we both think that is what I have. Very similar to a snowflake except the black lines are very dark and thick with a lot of blue (ice) around the black stripes. Thanks for all the input all!!
Cool, looking forward to seeing a picture of it. I was going to say that Petco here in the Springs has some snowflakes, but cool that you found one closer.

Picures you say?? Here is what my little guy looks like, if anyone sees something similar, LET ME KNOW! Most of the snowflake's I've seen don't look this vivid. Sorry for the poor pics too...he's in my fuge.
Thanks for the input!! Good to know. This one looks stunning IMO. Its mate disnt have the same cool jagged markings in the center. My lady loved it because it looked like a "puzzle piece". I'm hoping (fingers crossed) to find one even similar. Thanks again for the confirmation though. Lemme know if you know where i can find one.
That would be awesome!! Let me know if you get any black ice babies out of your breeding! I'd love to put another pair in the nano since I'm separating the one's I have in there out soon (mis-matched pair).
All the babies I have right now are black ice......some will have extra markings...some will look similar to fancy ocellaris.
Black Ice clowns are just the offspring of a black and white ocellaris, and a regular snowflake. I'll snap some pics as soon as the little guys
develop a little more. The babies with extra marking seem to stripe up faster than the normal striped fish. Here's a pic of one of the babies that I kept
for myself.
