WTS Rose BTA

#1
My RBTA recently split and I don't feel that there's the room in my tank for two anemones.

The one in the front is the one I want to sell, the one in the rear is the original. Am asking $70 OBO.

They say that some nems are just prone to splitting, and this one definitely is. Mine is supremely happy, growing quickly, stays in the same general location and is a good dark color, but it splits every few weeks. It's not stressed in any way but is fed often. OatyFruity, I think this is the result of the RBTA I sold you not that long ago, right? In Broomfield? I'm biased of course, but this is a great little nem.

What salinity and temp do you keep your tank?

salinity is about 1.024 to 1.025 and temp is usually 78-80.

This is indeed the nem from Broomfield. It split super fast in my opinion. You're right in that it stays put too. Once it finds a spot it likes, I've seen snails come close to it, fish bother it a bit and it never moved, which I love.

My tank temp is 80-81F and Sg = 1.024 currently. Those params are pretty stable, but I have to admit I've screwed up a few times and one of those (usually the salinity) has gotten out of whack. The anemone didn't even seem to notice.
