Ok so I got this little guy with a mano tank I bought wand as much as I would like to keep.him I cant he really needs to be in a tank with bigger fish. He is in my tank now that has two small clowns and a handful of smaller fish he has not tried to eat anyone but I am just not wanting to take the risk. I am open to trades let me know what you got frags, fish, equipment. He is a really cool eel not very shy you see him a lot. Make me an offer.

yea he is. but not shy he always has his head poking out seeing whats going on in the tank. i have a pair of tongs i feed him frozen shrimp with and man that little thing is strong!

Yea they are strong mine is about 28" he is very strong

dang what size tank is he in? how does he do with other fish/coral?

He is in 180 and he is only in with a Lion and a "princess damsel". He has only ate two fish. I had a large Blue Velvet that he accidentally ate. And he ate a yellow Watchman in my reef when he was small.

yea that is what i am worried about the "accident". when i feed him he get frantic and starts to follow anything the moves....will eels eat other eels?

I dont think so.

Frantic that is what happened to my blue velvet, they both went for the same shrimp at the same time

ouch yea i like it ALOT but i am focusing on getting a good reef display going in my new tank. so the 55 he is in now is going to be sold. i would like to set up a preditor tank later but just do not have time or funds right now. but they are pretty cool creatures
